The ROHM EMH9 / UMH9N / IMH9A series are NPN Complex Digital Transistors featuring built-in biasing resistors, simplifying circuit design by eliminating the need for external input resistors. These transistors are ideal for inverter circuits, interface circuits, and driver circuits. They offer the advantage of thin-film resistors with complete isolation for negative biasing and the elimination of parasitic effects, enabling easy ON/OFF condition setting for operation.
