The SSL54B THRU SSL510B is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for high-efficiency applications. It features high forward surge current capability, low power loss, and metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction. This series meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 and is suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. The device comes in a DO-214AA (SMB) package and is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
