The LXA06T600 and LXA06B600 are Qspeed X-Series PFC diodes offering the lowest QRR for any 600 V Silicon diode. Their advanced recovery characteristics enhance efficiency, reduce EMI, and eliminate the need for snubbers. These diodes are ideal for Power Factor Correction (PFC) boost diodes, motor drive circuits, and DC-AC inverters, providing benefits such as increased efficiency, reduced EMI filter component size and count, and enabling extremely fast switching.
