The LQA10T300 from Power Integrations is a 300 V, 10 A Q-Series diode offering the industry's lowest QRR for a 300 V Silicon diode. Its superior recovery characteristics enhance efficiency, reduce EMI, and eliminate the need for snubbers, making it ideal for AC/DC and DC/DC output rectification, output & freewheeling diodes, motor control drive circuits, and UPS inverters. This device is capable of high dIF/dt (1000 A/s) and provides soft recovery, leading to increased efficiency, reduced EMI filter component size and count, and enabling extremely fast switching.
