This integrated design simplifies circuit configuration, enabling inverter circuits without external input resistors and making operation based on simple on/off conditions. Ideal for inverter, interface, and driver applications, these transistors offer easy circuit design and are available in various package types including SOT-723, SOT-416FL, and SOT-323FL.
