The SK102C THRU SK1020C is a series of surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for high-frequency applications. These rectifiers offer high forward surge current capability, guardring for overvoltage protection, and low power losses for high efficiency. They are suitable for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, free wheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. The devices meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak of 260 and are compliant with RoHS and halogen-free standards.
