Product Overview
The MBRD1045CT through MBRD10200CT series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for high-frequency applications. They offer high forward surge current capability, high reliability, and high current capability. These rectifiers are ideal for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, free wheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. The devices come in a TO-252 package with solder-plated terminals, meeting MIL-STD-750, Method 2026 for solderability. The molding compound is UL 94V-0 flammability rated, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free.
