The SSL54C THRU SSL510C series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. They offer high forward surge current capability, low power loss, high efficiency, and are constructed with a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction. These rectifiers meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak of 260 and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
