The SS32BF THRU SS320BF is a series of Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers designed for high-efficiency operation. Featuring metal silicon junction and majority carrier conduction, these rectifiers offer ultra-low forward voltage drop and low power losses, along with high forward surge current capability. They are suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. The SMBF package meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020.
