MBR3020PT THRU MBR30200PT AXIAL SCHOTTKY BARRIER RECTIFIER
Product Overview: This series of axial Schottky barrier rectifiers offers low forward voltage drop, high forward surge current capability, high reliability, and high current capability. They are designed for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, free wheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. The rectifiers come in a TO-247 package with solder-plated terminals, meeting MIL-STD-750, Method 2026. The molding compound is UL 94V-0 flammability rated, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free.
