Product Overview
The MBRD1045CT thru MBRD10200CT series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for high-frequency applications. They offer high forward surge current capability, high reliability, and high current capability, making them suitable for low voltage high frequency inverters, free wheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. The devices come in a TO-252 package with solder-plated terminals, compliant with MIL-STD-750 for solderability. The molding compound meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
