The S2AF THRU S2MF series are surface mount general purpose rectifiers designed for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes. They feature a low reverse leakage, high forward surge current capability, and glass passivation. These rectifiers meet MSL level 1 and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
