Product Overview
The ES1A through ES1J series are Super Fast Recovery Rectifier Diodes featuring a low profile package ideal for automated placement. With a glass passivated chip junction, these diodes offer high frequency operation and high forward surge capability. They are designed for use in high frequency rectification applications such as power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication equipment. The diodes meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260 C.
