The M1F thru M7F series are surface mount general-purpose rectifiers designed for applications requiring high forward surge current capability and low reverse leakage. These glass-passivated rectifiers meet MSL level 1 and are suitable for general-purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication equipment.
