The RS12xxHxF Series 12A TRIACS from SIKA CO.,LIMITED offer high current density due to double mesa technology and glass passivation, with a guaranteed maximum junction temperature of 150C. These TRIACs are suitable for general purpose AC switching and phase control operations. They can be used for ON/OFF functions in applications like static relays, washing machines, soymilk makers, flush toilets, hair dryers, and induction motor starting circuits, or for phase control in light dimmers and motor speed controllers. The RS1210H-1220H-1235H-1250H models are 3-quadrant TRIACs, specifically recommended for inductive loads. The RS12xxHxF series features full pack plastic packaging and provides 2000V RMS isolation voltage from all three terminals to an external heat sink.
