The DTC144E series is a range of NPN digital transistors featuring built-in bias resistors (R1 = R2 = 47k). This integrated design simplifies circuit configuration, allowing for inverter circuits without external input resistors and making circuit design easy by only requiring the setting of on/off conditions. Ideal for inverter, interface, and driver applications, these transistors offer a maximum collector current of 100mA and a supply voltage of up to 50V.
