Product Overview
The DTC124T series are NPN digital transistors featuring built-in biasing resistors, simplifying circuit design by eliminating the need for external input resistors. These transistors are ideal for configuring inverter circuits, switching circuits, and interface circuits. The integrated thin-film resistors offer complete isolation, enabling negative biasing and eliminating parasitic effects, making circuit design straightforward by only requiring the setting of on/off conditions. Complementary PNP types are available in the DTA124T series. These products are Lead Free and RoHS Compliant.
