The DTC144E series are NPN digital transistors featuring built-in biasing resistors (R1 = R2 = 47k). This integration simplifies circuit design by eliminating the need for external input resistors, enabling the configuration of inverter circuits with ease. These transistors utilize thin-film resistors with complete isolation, allowing for negative input biasing and eliminating parasitic effects. They are ideal for switching, inverter, interface, and driver circuits. Complementary PNP types (DTA144E series) and complex transistor configurations are also available. The series is Lead Free and RoHS Compliant.
