DTC123EUA FRA is a digital transistor featuring built-in biasing resistors (R1 = R2 = 2.2k) that enable the configuration of inverter circuits without external input resistors. This simplifies circuit design by only requiring the setting of on/off conditions. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and suitable for inverter, interface, and driver applications. A complementary PNP type, DTA123EUA FRA, is also available.
