The GS2AA THRU GS2MA (S2AA THRU S2MA) series are general-purpose rectifiers featuring high efficiency, high current capability, high reliability, and high surge current capability with low power loss. They utilize a glass-passivated chip junction and are suitable for use in general-purpose rectification for power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication applications. The devices are housed in an RoHS-compliant SMA package with tin-plated leads.
