The MUR1520/1540/1560 series are ultrafast rectifiers designed for switching power supplies, inverters, and as free-wheeling diodes. They offer fast recovery times (35 and 60 ns), high voltage capability up to 600V, a high operating junction temperature of 175C, and a low forward voltage drop. These devices are available in the popular TO-220 package and are specified with low leakage at 150C case temperature.
