The GR1A thru GR1M (RS1A thru RS1M) series are fast recovery rectifiers designed for high efficiency and high current capability. These devices feature a glass-passivated chip junction, low power loss, and high surge current capability, making them suitable for general-purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication applications. They are housed in a RoHS-compliant SMA package with tin-plated, solderable leads.
