GR3A THRU GR3M Fast Recovery Rectifier
The GR3A thru GR3M series are high-efficiency fast recovery rectifiers offering high current capability, high reliability, and high surge current capability with low power loss. Featuring a glass passivated chip junction and solder dip capabilities up to 265C, these rectifiers are designed for general-purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication applications.
