The MUR1610FCT THRU MUR1660FCT series are ultra-fast recovery rectifier diodes featuring super-fast recovery time for high efficiency, glass passivated chip junction, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. They are designed for high frequency rectification and freewheeling applications in switching mode converters and inverters for consumer, computer, and telecommunication equipment. These diodes have a solder dip maximum peak of 275 C for 7 seconds per JESD 22-B106.
