Product Overview
The ES2A thru ES2J series are super fast recovery rectifier diodes featuring a low profile package ideal for automated placement. With a glass passivated chip junction and super fast reverse recovery time, these diodes offer high forward surge capability and are suitable for high-frequency rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication applications. They meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020, with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260 C.
