JST30xxH Series 30A TRIACs
The JST30xxH series triacs are designed for high shock loading capability with a large current capacity. They offer a high dv/dt rate, providing strong resistance to electromagnetic interference. With excellent commutation performance, these 3-quadrant products are particularly recommended for inductive load applications. The JST30xxH-xxA variants provide a rated insulation voltage of 2500 VRMS from all three terminals to an external heatsink, while the JST30xxH-xxF variants offer a rated insulation voltage of 2000 VRMS.
