The RS16xxHxF Series TRIACs from SIKA CO.,LIMITED offer high current density due to double mesa technology and glass passivation, with a guaranteed maximum junction temperature of 150C. These triacs are suitable for general purpose AC switching and phase control operations. They are specifically recommended for use with inductive loads and are available in 3-quadrant configurations. The full pack plastic package provides 2000V RMS isolation voltage from all three terminals to an external heat sink.
