The GR5A thru GR5M series are fast recovery rectifiers designed for general-purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes. They offer high efficiency, high current capability, high reliability, and high surge current capability with low power loss due to their glass-passivated chip junction. These rectifiers are suitable for consumer and telecommunication applications.
