3A SURFACE MOUNT GLASS PASSIVATED BRIDGE RECTIFIER
This series of bridge rectifiers features glass-passivated chips for enhanced reliability. Designed for surface mount applications, they offer high surge current capability and are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60 Hz operation with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, current derating by 20% is recommended.
