Featuring a high surge current capability and a compact UMB package, these rectifiers are ideal for surface mount designs requiring reliable performance from 100V to 1000V with an average rectified output current of 1A. They are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60 Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads.
