The Skyworks SMV2019 to SMV2023 series are silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes designed for low phase noise voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) in wireless systems. These varactors offer low series resistance and a high-capacitance ratio at low reverse voltage, making them suitable for RF and microwave VCOs and phase shifters. They are available in various packages and are rated MSL1, 260 C per JEDEC J-STD-020.
