The Skyworks SMV123x series are silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes designed for low tuning voltage Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs). Their low series resistance makes them ideal for high-Q resonators in wireless system VCOs operating at frequencies above 10 GHz. These varactors are characterized for capacitance and resistance over temperature, offering excellent performance in high-volume commercial systems.
