The Skyworks SMV1247-SMV1255 series are silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes specifically designed for low tuning voltage Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) in high-volume commercial systems. These varactors are characterized for capacitance and resistance over temperature, offering a high capacitance ratio of 12 typical (C0.3V/C4.7V). They are rated MSL1 at 260 C and are available in various surface-mount packages.
