Skyworks SMV123x Series: Hyperabrupt Junction Tuning Varactors
The Skyworks SMV123x series comprises silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes engineered for low tuning voltage Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs). These varactors feature low series resistance, making them ideal for high-Q resonators in wireless system VCOs operating at frequencies exceeding 10 GHz. The series is characterized for capacitance and resistance over temperature, offering high capacitance ratio and low phase noise performance. Skyworks Green products are compliant with all applicable legislation and are halogen-free.
