The DB101S THRU DB107S are single-phase glass-passivated silicon bridge rectifiers designed for half-wave rectification of 60Hz AC input. They are suitable for resistive or inductive loads, with current derating required for capacitive loads. These rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop, high current capability, and high surge current capability, making them ideal for surface mount applications.
