This series of glass-passivated bridge rectifiers is designed for surface mount applications, offering high surge current capability and a junction reverse voltage range from 100V to 1000V. With a forward current of 0.5A, these rectifiers are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. Capacitive loads require a 20% derating.
