The ES5A-ES5M series are surface mount super fast recovery rectifiers designed for high-speed switching applications. They offer low reverse leakage, high forward surge capability, and high reliability, with a guaranteed high-temperature soldering capability of 260C for 10 seconds. These diodes are RoHS compliant and available in a green compound with a '-F' suffix for halogen-free products. They are suitable for general-purpose use where a fast switching speed is needed.
