Product Overview
This series of NPN Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with Monolithic Bias Resistor Networks (BRT) is designed to integrate a single transistor with its external bias resistor network. Each BRT contains a single transistor with a monolithic bias network consisting of a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. This integration eliminates the need for individual external components, simplifying circuit design, reducing board space, and lowering component count. The devices are housed in the SOT-23 package, suitable for low-power surface mount applications. The SOT-23 package features modified gull-winged leads that absorb thermal stress during soldering, preventing damage to the die. Devices are available on 8 mm embossed tape and reel.
