Ⅱ. Installation Steps

  1. Cut off the whole vehicle power supply before installation and remove the faulty original accelerator pedal.

  2. Place the new BAOJIE accelerator pedal at the installation position on the vehicle floor, align the fixing holes and fasten the mounting screws steadily.

  3. Connect the wiring harness plug of the pedal accurately with the vehicle original socket, ensure the connector is fully locked.

  4. Manually step on the pedal repeatedly to test if rebound movement is smooth without jamming.

  5. Switch on vehicle power and conduct a test run to check the signal response.

Ⅲ. Important Notes for Installation & Usage

  1. Never disassemble or loosen the fixed screws on the built-in sensor arbitrarily, which will cause signal disorder.

  2. Do not pull, twist or squeeze the protected corrugated wiring harness violently to avoid internal wire breakage.

  3. Prevent the pedal assembly from long-term soaking, heavy dust accumulation and corrosion.

  4. Keep the pedal installed horizontally; inclined installation will affect signal output precision.

  5. Regularly inspect fixing screws and wire connector during daily operation.
