Ⅰ. Purpose
1. The air bag height control valve, also known as air suspension leveling valve, is a core component of vehicle air suspension system.
2. It automatically senses the height change between the frame and axle caused by load variation.
3. When the vehicle load increases and the body sinks, the valve opens to inflate the air spring.
4. When the load decreases and the body rises, the valve exhausts excess air from the air spring.
5. It keeps the vehicle body at a constant designed height under different loads, stabilizes chassis posture, improves driving comfort, protects air springs and other suspension parts, and ensures stable headlight irradiation height.

Ⅱ. Installation Method
1. Fix the main body of height valve on vehicle frame or bracket with bolts, ensure the mounting base is firm and free of shaking.
2. Connect the control lever arm of height valve to the axle / suspension arm with a connecting rod.
3. Adjust the length of connecting rod to set the standard ride height of vehicle.
4. Connect air pipelines: air inlet connects to air tank, air outlet connects to air spring, exhaust port faces downward to avoid water accumulation.
5. After piping assembly, check all joints for air leakage.
6. Conduct height test under rated load to confirm the body height meets factory standard.
Ⅲ. Important Precautions
1. Do not bend, twist or forcibly pull the control lever arm during installation; excessive force will damage internal linkage structure.
2. The connecting rod must have proper swing clearance. Avoid jamming, collision or stress in full suspension travel.
3. Keep the exhaust port unobstructed. Do not block or wrap the exhaust hole.
4. The compressed air supply must be dry and clean. Moisture, oil and impurities will accelerate internal valve wear and cause air leakage.
5. Regularly check connecting rod looseness, pipeline aging and joint air leakage during vehicle maintenance.
6. If continuous abnormal air leakage occurs, stop using and inspect or replace the height valve immediately.
7. Do not modify the internal structure of the valve privately, otherwise the sealing performance and service life will be affected.
8. When storing spare valves, place them in dry environment, avoid long-term exposure to rain, dust and corrosive atmosphere.
