Rotary trommel screen is a new self-cleaning screening equipment after electric vibrating screen and ordinary mesh drum screen. It is widely used to sieve solid materials with particle size below 300mm. It features high screening efficiency, low noise, low dust emission, long service life, low maintenance cost and easy overhaul.
It is widely applied in organic fertilizer production, mining, coal and solid waste treatment. It solves the problems of blockage, low efficiency and high abrasion when screening sticky, wet and messy raw materials.

Working Process of Rotary Trommel Screen
Raw materials are fed into the rotating drum. As the drum rolls, fine materials pass through the screen mesh and fall into the lower hopper, while large impurities and coarse materials are discharged from the end of drum. It completes material classification continuously.
