Production Process Overview
The raw materials first enter the fermentation zone and undergo three stages: heating, high-temperature decomposition, and cooling & maturation, allowing the materials to be fully decomposed and harmless.
The decomposed materials form agglomerates, which are then crushed by a crusher into uniform coarse powder.
The materials then pass through a rotary screener to remove impurities and oversized particles, ensuring the finished product meets the required fineness standard.
The qualified powder is directly conveyed to an automatic packaging machine for weighing, filling, sealing, and finished product discharge, forming a marketable final product.
