Production Process Overview
NPK raw materials including urea, ammonium phosphate, and potassium chloride are precisely weighed via semi-automatic batching system, uniformly mixed, then fed into drum granulator with quantitative binder spraying. After granulation, materials undergo energy-saving drying, cooling, and double-layer screening. Oversized particles are crushed for recycling while qualified granules enter automatic packaging (20-50kg/bag), fully complying with GB/T 15063-2020 standards.
Application Scope
Ideal for medium-scale fertilizer factories, regional agricultural input suppliers, and large planting bases. Produces customized NPK compound fertilizer formulations (12-12-12, 15-10-15, etc.) for grains, fruits, vegetables, and cash crops, meeting local soil and crop nutrient demands.
