2. Structure and Core Components

Cylinder Head Body: One-piece aluminum casting with integrated coolant jacket, intake/exhaust ports, spark plug holes and camshaft bearing caps. SOHC layout, V-type valve arrangement, 4 valves per cylinder. Precision-machined sealing surface with reliable cylinder head gasket sealing. Precision-drilled oil/water passages and sensor mounting holes (camshaft position, water temperature).

Valve Drive System: Intake/Exhaust valves made of wear-resistant alloy with hardened seats, guides, dual springs, locks and seals. SOHC driven by timing belt, driving valves via rocker arms. Requires manual valve clearance adjustment (Cold: Intake 0.13-0.17mm, Exhaust 0.23-0.27mm). No hydraulic adjusters. Simple structure, low maintenance cost.
