Engine Model: DFSK Dongfeng Xiaokang SFG18 (China National Stage V) / SFG18A (China National Stage VI) 1.8L DOHC 16-valve all-aluminum naturally aspirated engine with dual intake and exhaust VVT and multi-point electronic fuel injection. Developed on Fiat technical platform, it adopts cast iron cylinder block plus aluminum alloy cylinder head, with a maximum power output of 102kW (139 horsepower) and peak torque of 187N·m. It is not equipped with a turbocharger or high-pressure direct injection system (source: PCauto).
Applicable Models: China National Stage V / Stage VI mid-size SUVs including Dongfeng Fengguang 580 1.8L, Fengguang 580 Red Star Edition, and Fengguang S560 1.8L.
Distinguishing Key Points: This kit is exclusively designed for the high-displacement naturally aspirated SFG18 engine. It is completely incompatible with the brand's 1.5T HD15 turbocharged engine, DK15C 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, Wuling LJ478 1.8L engine and Mitsubishi 4A9 series engines in terms of cylinder gasket thickness, oil passage layout, exhaust manifold gaskets and VVT sealing rings. Cross-assembly of mismatched parts is prohibited.
