Engine Model: G4KJ 2.4L Theta II Second-Generation 16-Valve DOHC Naturally Aspirated All-Aluminum Engine with Dual Intake & Exhaust CVVT and Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI). It features a high compression ratio of 11.3, gasoline direct injection and dual balance shafts, and is a new 2.4L naturally aspirated model compliant with China National Stage V and China National Stage VI emission standards.

Key Distinguishing Points: The G4KJ is a dedicated direct-injection engine equipped with high-pressure injector seals, special intake gaskets for direct injection, and thickened MLS cylinder head gaskets. Its cylinder head gasket oil passages, injector sealing components and manifold hole positions are completely incompatible with the older multi-point fuel injection G4KE, 2.0L G4KD and 2.0T G4KH engines. Interchangeable assembly is prohibited.
