The modified polyesterimide insulation provides continuous 180°C thermal endurance, while Grade 2 heavy build ensures outstanding dielectric strength and resistance to mechanical stress during winding.
Compared to traditional copper magnet wire, aluminum offers approximately 40% weight savings, enabling lighter motor designs for automotive, HVAC, and industrial equipment. Our advanced manufacturing lines apply uniform coating thickness with real-time pinhole detection, guaranteeing consistent quality across all diameters from 0.15mm to 4.00mm.
