Key Design Features
1. Denim upper, molded sole. This is a fabric upper on a PVC base, not an all-molded pair. The denim is what lets the shoe sit next to apparel instead of next to beach sandals, and that is where the margin usually is.
2. Scattered patch layout with raw edges. Small woven patches in pink, green and orange are set across the vamp and side, each with a frayed edge. The fraying is part of the finish, not wear and not a defect, which matters at inspection and matters again when a customer opens the carton.
3. Single strap, rectangular buckle. One strap crosses the vamp on a plain rectangular buckle. On a backless mule the strap is the only thing holding the foot in, so it has to adjust far enough to cover a wide and a narrow foot on the same size.
4. Closed toe, open back. The toe box keeps the foot covered; the back is open so the pair goes on without hands. That combination is what carries the style from spring into autumn, where an open sandal stops selling.
5. Stitched footbed rim. A visible stitch line runs the edge of the footbed over a tan suede-look surface. It is a finish detail, but it is the one that separates this pair from a plain molded clog at a glance.
6. Three denim washes. Light blue, black and navy. All three are cut from the same pattern, so the color range does not change the cost structure.

Why Importers Choose This Product
It sells from a different shelf. A denim mule can sit in an apparel department next to jeans. That is a second placement for the same SKU, and it reaches customers who never walk down the sandal aisle.
The season runs longer. Closed toe means the pair keeps selling after open sandals are marked down. For a buyer, that is a longer full-price window on the same order.
One mold, three washes. Light blue, black and navy share a pattern and a sole. The color spread costs nothing extra in tooling.
Patch variation is disclosed up front. Every pair scatters slightly differently. We state the tolerance in writing so there is no argument at inspection about which pair was "right".
Adjustable on a backless fit. The strap takes up the difference between a wide and a narrow foot, which is what keeps a mule from being returned for slipping off.
Fabric upper, molded price. The denim carries the look; the PVC sole carries the cost. That combination is why the pair can be priced above a basic sandal without a premium bill of materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
1,800 pairs per order. That covers one size range and up to three colors.
Are samples available before ordering?
Yes. Sample pairs are made to your wash, patch palette and logo, and the sample fee is refundable against the bulk order.
How long does production take?
15 to 25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and color split.
Is the frayed edge a defect?
No. The raw edge is part of the design. We hold it to an agreed allowance and write that allowance on the inspection sheet so it is not culled as a fault.
Will every pair look identical?
No. The patches scatter, so no two pairs are identical. We work to a layout template with an agreed tolerance, and we state the tolerance in the order confirmation.
Is the upper real denim?
The upper is denim fabric. Weight and mill can be specified on order; tell us what handle you want and we will quote to it.
Can the patch colors be changed?
Yes. The patch palette can be matched to your seasonal colors, subject to minimums on custom weaving.
How many washes are there?
Three: light blue denim, black denim and navy denim. All three are cut from the same pattern.
Can I add a fourth wash?
Custom washes are possible and are quoted separately because they carry a mill minimum.
What sizes do you make?
EU 36-41 as standard. Other ranges can be quoted.
How much does one pair weigh?
Approximately 400 g. We confirm the exact figure against your specification before production.
Is the strap adjustable?
Yes. The buckle takes up the difference between a wide and a narrow foot on the same size, which is what keeps a backless mule from slipping off.
Can we add our logo?
Yes. Debossed or printed on the footbed, or on a woven label on the strap. Artwork is approved before production.
Is the footbed cork?
The footbed has a tan suede-look surface with a stitched rim in the cork-shoe style. If you need a specific construction, tell us and we will quote it as specified.
How do I clean a denim upper?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash, and do not tumble dry.
Will the denim bleed onto socks?
Indigo can transfer before the first wash. If your market wears these with light socks, ask for a rinse wash and we will quote it.
Does the denim upper come off the sole?
The upper is attached to the sole in a bonded and stitched assembly. Bond strength is checked by sample on every batch.
Is it suitable for daily wear?
Yes. It is a slip-on mule built for everyday use, not a seasonal display piece.
Can I mix washes in one container?
Yes, within the MOQ and the size range.
What is the payment term?
T/T, 30 percent deposit and 70 percent before shipment.
What is the trade term?
EXW. Other terms can be discussed.
Do you check quality before shipment?
Yes. AQL 2.5 on packed cartons, with the defect rate held below 0.5 percent on shipped orders.
How many pairs fit in a container?
It depends on your pack size and wash split. Send us the details and we will return a loading plan.
How long have you been exporting?
Since 2006, to more than 100 countries.
