This intermediate frequency inverter DC dual-head projection welding machine is custom-configured for welding lever lock rings onto steel drums. The workpiece surfaces are galvanized or chrome-plated. The system integrates a host frame, pneumatic transmission mechanism, welding positioning fixture, secondary circuit, welding transformer, welding controller, and water/gas circuit systems. Its tree-style structural design supports stable, repeatable welding for coated steel drum components.
