Automatic Feeding Double-Sided Spot Welding Machine
This is a stationary, DC pneumatic spot welding machine designed for the automated assembly of shock absorber bottom covers. It features an integrated automatic feeding system with two high-precision vibrating bowls for the bottom cover and welding ring, respectively. The system utilizes a servo-driven positioning mechanism for accurate part alignment and an MFDC (Mid-Frequency Direct Current) inverter welding power supply combined with a constant pressure control system to perform welding. It is engineered to complete the welding and unloading process automatically, supporting a continuous production cycle.

A. Complete Automated Workflow
Integrated Auto-Feeding: Two independent vibrating bowl feeders are designed for automated orienting and precise feeding of both the bottom cover and welding ring components, reducing manual handling.
Servo-Assisted Precision: A servo-driven positioning mechanism is employed to help ensure accurate assembly of workpieces prior to welding.

MFDC Inverter Power Supply: The use of a Mid-Frequency DC inverter welding power supply, combined with constant pressure control, aims to provide stable, controllable welding energy for consistent results.
Optimized Pressure Application: A pneumatic-hydraulic booster cylinder provides adjustable electrode pressure, while a dedicated air storage tank is included to help minimize fluctuations in welding force.
C. Robust and Durable Construction
High-Rigidity Machine Frame: The body is designed for impact resistance and high rigidity, with internal reinforcement ribs intended to minimize deformation during operation and support welding stability.
Responsive Drive System: The use of a combination cylinder with low-friction components and a pilot-operated high-flow valve is designed for smooth, fast electrode movement and responsive performance.
D. Operational Safety & Protection
Comprehensive System Monitoring: Equipped with air and water pressure switches and alarms, the system is designed to help prevent operation during pressure shortages, protecting the equipment.
Insulated Secondary Circuit: An insulated upper arm and pressurized cylinder seat design is intended to help prevent short circuits during direct installation on the lower base, promoting operational safety.
